Who we are

Cotswolds Growth Partners ("we") is a UK growth consultancy based in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire. For anything in this notice, contact hello@cotswoldsgrowthpartners.com.

What we collect, and why

Booking a call. If you book a call, the booking runs on Cal.com. They collect the details you enter (name, email, and anything you add to the booking) and share them with us so we can hold the meeting. Cal.com acts as a processor; their own privacy policy is at cal.com/privacy.

Emailing us. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any engagement that follows.

Browsing the site. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set analytics cookies. The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard request (including your IP address) to Google's servers when a page loads.

Legal basis and retention

We process enquiry and booking details on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to you) or, where an engagement follows, performance of a contract. We keep personal information only as long as it is needed for those purposes, then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing of it. Email hello@cotswoldsgrowthpartners.com and we will respond promptly. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
